Health Info TV sold

Matt Lillie has sold Health Info TV, closed-circuit TV programming for physician waiting rooms, to the man who has been developing it since its local debut two years ago.
Health Info TV is now in about 40 doctors’ offices around Wichita, says new owner Jim Vincent. The goal is to reach at least 80 waiting rooms before expanding into other markets such as Kansas City, Omaha or Tulsa.
Lillie says there was no cash involved in the transition, and that Vincent assumed the existing debt and debt obligations to make the sale complete. Lillie says debt obligations typically range from $10,000 to $15,000 a month.
Part of the reason he gave up Health Info TV, Lillie says, was a possible conflict of interest. He is working with local doctors to open the physician-owned Wichita Family Medical Center in his Lillie Medical Park on Maize Road between Kellogg and Maple.
