Froutosalata - Fruit Salad With Orange Juice & Honey
Ingredients for Froutosalata
* 2 golden apples
* 1 granny smith apples
* 2 anjou pear
* 3 nectarine
* 3 banana
* 4 kiwi fruit (firm)
* 4 orange, juice of, pulpy juice of
* 2 tablespoons honey
Directions for Froutosalata
- Wash apples & pears [& peel, if desired], then core & cut into fairly small pieces, & place in large salad bowl.
- Peel nectarines, bananas & kiwi fruits & cut into fairly small pieces, as well, & add to other fruit pieces.
- Mix orange Juice & honey & pour over fruit, then toss to coat.
- Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
